Mr. Adams has a professional background that includes six years of practicing law. His most recent position was with the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group in a law firm where his primary duties included advising on, structuring, and amending employee stock ownership plans. In addition, he assisted with navigating employee benefit plan issues in the context of mergers, acquisition, and governmental reporting requirements. His educational background lends further support that he is an excellent addition to our team. He earned an L.L.M. from Northwestern University – Pritzker School of Law. He earned a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS. He joined Community Bank of Pleasant Hill in 2024 and works in both our Pleasant Hill and St. Joseph trust offices.
